OUR VISION
Melind Real Estate Group was established in 2014. We really grew up in real estate, meaning we understand and appreciate every level of buying and selling. From the excitement and uncertainties of new home buyers and sellers to the ever-changing realm of the investment world, we’ve done it all! We have repeated success in helping client’s transition from their first, second and forever homes or relocating into or out of Indy and surrounding areas. We provide real expertise in depicting market value, implement specialized objectives that ultimately produce winning results for the clients we serve.

Jenny is a believer, wife, mom of 3, and REALTOR.
Jenny is a true HOOSIER - born and raised in Indianapolis. She studied political science at Marian University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts.
In late 2013, when the opportunity to break into real estate presented itself, she felt a deep sense of excitement and fulfillment in the love of learning about homes and translating that service experience to her clients. From there, the love and passion for all things real estate and this industry have just grown and developed into not only helping clients to buy and sell their homes, working with investors and building her own investments portfolio, but also has focused on building a team where she can help other agents with the same opportunity to learn and grow right alongside her at Keller Williams.
Jenny is also one of the most down to earth, fun-loving and approachable agents you will ever know. There will be so much JOY when you work with her in any capacity!

Kailey Faber

Kailey is a wife, mom of 3, and REALTOR.
After graduating from Belmont University in 2009 she started the first Coworking space, CoLab in Nashville, TN. Years later Kailey got her real estate license and has worked in many roles from property management, leasing commercial office space, marketing and everything in between. After moving 3 times in 6 years to three different cities, she started to gain a real love for residential real estate and is excited to be working in the diverse and vibrant city of Indianapolis. She brings a level head to all transactions and is not afraid to advocate for her client's best interest!
In her free time she loves taking her kids on new adventures, checking out great restaurants with her husband Dan, and a good competitive ping pong game.

Shanette has been a realtor in Indy since 2016 and has loved EVERY minute of it! Real estate is truly her passion. She is a super hands-on agent who loves to nurture, educate, advocate, and support all of her clients throughout the buying, selling, or building process.
When she is not doing real estate, she likes to binge-watch shows with her husband David or make TikToks with her daughter Janaya. Her family is truly my motivation and they are always her biggest cheerleaders.
